Private beta terms

Beta purpose

The private beta is an evaluation service for mapping, testing, reviewing, and documenting proposed automations before they are allowed to act.

No certification or guarantee

CircuitProof produces assurance evidence. It does not certify compliance, guarantee safety, replace professional engineering or legal advice, or remove the owner's responsibility for deployment decisions.

Execution boundary

Real side effects require an explicit connector manifest, least-privilege scope, dry-run evidence, current-revision human approval, audit logging, and a tested rollback or compensation path. A proof result alone is not permission to execute.

Acceptable beta use

Do not use the beta to harm systems or people, bypass authorization, test credentials you do not own, process prohibited data, or operate safety-critical systems without qualified human oversight.

Confidentiality and feedback

Do not submit secrets through the public invite form. Workflow details shared during an approved pilot should be minimized and sanitized. You may provide feedback for product improvement; ownership of your underlying workflows and data remains yours.

Availability and changes

The beta may change, pause, or withdraw features. Production service levels, support commitments, liability allocation, and data processing terms require a separate agreement.
