Private beta privacy notice
Effective July 21, 2026
What we collect
The invite form collects your work email, optional role, workflow description, consent record, submission source, and timestamps.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to evaluate beta fit, contact you about CircuitProof, plan a proof review, protect the form from abuse, and improve beta onboarding.
What the form must not receive
Do not submit passwords, API keys, personal customer records, confidential documents, logs, evidence packs, regulated data, or other secrets. The public invite form is not a proof workspace.
Storage and sharing
Invite records are stored in CircuitProof's Cloudflare account. We do not sell beta contact information. Access is limited to people operating the beta and service providers needed to host it.
Retention and deletion
We retain invite records while the beta is active and for up to 12 months after the last relevant contact, unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting privacy@circuit-proof.com.
Product boundary
CircuitProof produces assurance evidence, not certification or a guarantee that an automation is safe, compliant, or error-free. Private beta use remains subject to the beta terms.
